Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, a television host and writer. He is the CEO and President of Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated, and is also called Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first Oyakhilome’s son, being born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. Oyakhilome He completed his primary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. He graduated with a BSc.

AAU also awarded him with an honorary Doctor of Science. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome He is also a doctoral honorary from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. The Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe once, and they have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome’s ministry

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome delved into ministry while an undergraduate student at AAU. At the time the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC grew rapidly and was the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church has its headquarters in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld, a worldwide ministry with millions upon millions associates across the globe is now known as Believers LoveWorld.

Through the 2002 atmosphere for miracles programme, BLW rose to prominence as an Christian ministry on television in Africa. The broadcast stopped in May 2004 after the former President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles must be stopped by churches.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry includes four branches including publishing ministry, healing ministry; television ministry and the teaching ministry. Through these areas, he has created the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles and the Pastor Chris global prayer network.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation, an initiative that aims to boost the leadership potentials Africans were born, was established. The foundation assists young Africans who show leadership and have positive effects on their generation. This is accomplished by educating, empowerment of youth as well as mentoring.

The foundation acknowledges the achievements of these young leaders with an award ceremonycalled The Future African Leaders’ Awards. This ceremony is held at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena(LCA) Billings Way Oregun Ikeja. The president of BLW Reverend Chris Oyakhilome presents an award to the winners.

The InnerCity Mission for children is a faith-based not-for-profit Organisation (NGO). The NGO was birthed in 2005, with the intention of reaching the needy, poor children, orphaned and vulnerable who are homeless all over the world..

The foundation assists these disadvantaged children and their communities by offering sustainable and participatory interventions including child development programmes for childcare , family strengthening programmes for innercity mission for children school, and other programmes.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was established to increase the lifespan and health of local communities. The foundation is able to accomplish this goal by helping to implement national policies on trauma care and health education.

The foundation has provided more than 1000 first-aid, safety, emergency response training. They are acknowledged for educating more than 1,000 students, law enforcement officers as well as teachers, caregivers and road traffic workers.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC)

The Volunteer Medical Corps, a christian medical outreach is committed to providing aid materials as well as medical assistance and education to people who are internally displaced and refugees living in areas that have been affected by man-made and natural disasters.

The outreach comprises of a network of christian health workers, paramedics , and students from all over the world. The volunteers offer medical treatment, relief assistance and healthy solutions for health to communities and regions that are in need.

VMC also offers health care services to communities in need as well as training for local health workers. VMC outreach is open to all those with the primary goal to improve health and humanitarian help for the poor.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Bible For All Nation

Bible For All Mission (BFAM) is a Christian non-profit organisation, which is dedicated to the development, production and global distribution of the Bible to all individuals from all ages and genders in the format and language they comprehend. Outreach helps people understand God’s Word and also allows them to experience the life-changing message from Jesus Christ.

BFAM has successfully distributed hundreds of thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible to communities, prisons, hospitals, private and government institutions across the world, including Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Turkey. Through the global network of bible donations and volunteers, this outreach was made possible.
